Read about some of our favourites:

Zero Infinito 2019 - Unique frizzante from a special PiWi grape (80 year process to cross-breed local grapes -Saperavia, Labrusca, Pinot Grigio, Riesling and Muscat Ottonel - and create the 'super grape' Solaris with immunity from diseases of the vine). Perfect as an aperitif, or in place of a cocktail, this non-filtrato wine has been made with zero chemicals from vine to bottle. Decant or enjoy unfiltered - the way the winemakers intended.

Fitzrovia Rose - Champagne-style* sparkling rose from highly-awarded Sussex estate, served to Barack Obama by Her Majesty the Queen at Buckingham Palace State Banquet. Pair with lobster, or summer pudding ... or simply sip poolside in the sunshine! *e.g. traditional method, with second fermentation in the bottle, typical of 'ESW' - English Sparkling Wine.

Bianca 2019 - Barbera vinified as a WHITE wine (pressing and fermentation with no skin contact) from a 13th century castle estate, located in the prestigious Oltrepo Pavese area of Lombardy. The hilly terroir made of clay limestone lends a peculiar energy to a distinct wine. An aromatic nose, with hints of green apple. Crisp, fresh and dry, with a very long finish.

EPOS Riserva 2017 - Frascati* Superiore DOCG (popular blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano) with notes of grapefruit, almonds and underripe pineapple. DOCG level Frascati Superiore offers a great example of how volcanic soils can create complex wines that offer a refreshing acidity balanced by rich tropical fruit notes! This wine will pair well with light dishes, but can also enhance flavoursome foods like salmon or dim sum. *Frascati boasts a long history of appreciation, from being a favourite of wine drinkers of Ancient Rome, to Renaissance popes and travelling artists, right up to the La Dolce Vita generation of the 1960s ... and of course today!

Malvasia Miklus 2016 - Skin-contact 'white' wine from an area of Italy well known for its dedication to the art of orange wine made using the traditional long-maceration method - Friuli. The Miklus family are passionate about low intervention winemaking and they are proud to use no herbicides and very low sulphite content, with a low environmental impact. Expect a rich amber colour from this Malvasia and on opening some noticeable oak notes (wood spices) that settle as it breathes. Decant for 15 minutes, or swirl in your glass before drinking. Classic 'orange wine' aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom. Enjoy this very special style of wine with dishes rich in umami, like sushi.

Peperosa 2018 - This delicious rose is a blend of classic central Italy vines - Sangiovese and Sagrantino. It's perfect for a sunny afternoon in Singapore! And don't forget that Sagrantino is the 'healthy heart' grape that acts like 'dental floss' for your arteries! The winery describes their "pink pepper" wine as a "fragrant note of Annurca apple, white pulp fruits, wisteria, the sweetness of cherry and blackberry.... mineral, soft" and they believe the tannic stricture is what makes it such a unique rosato. Stands up well to rich dishes. Try it with duck pancakes! :)

Ele 2018 - Lovely expression of the key grape of south Italy - Primitivo, aka Zinfandel*. Ele manages to balance those classic Zin notes that make it so quaffable (a 'fruitness' and rich, smooth tannin character) with the elegance of restrained winemaking techniques. Expect red berries and spice on the nose, with darker fruit notes on the palate. *The Primitivo grape of Apulia has been popularised in California as Zinfandel, but actually traces its lineage back to Croatia where its known as Crljenak Kastelanski or Tribidrag. This smooth, low tannin wine is now enjoying long overdue praise for its juicy and well-structured character - ideal for Asian cuisines.

Militum Christi 2008 - Late harvest Aglianico* DOC from the almost 'mythical' region of Molise. Rich and powerful red that develops in your glass! Bursting with dark berry flavours and notes of cacao, smokey black pepper, cedar and burnt caramel, plus the minerality typical of volcanic soil wines, then a long, lingering finish. This 13 year old wine has great structure and balances the grapes natural power with elegance that comes from time ageing in the bottle. * Aglianico is known as the Barolo of the South for its ageing potential.

Fratagranda Riserva 2013 - Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot) from mountain estate focussed on rural winemaking styles. Pravis' 'Le Espressioni' line conveys "the finest expressions of [their] work", and specifically Fratagranda is "the 'thoroughbred' of [their] winery, made only in the best harvest years". It is a perfect Italian wine for lovers of the French style, yet it brings a special elegance and freshness unique to wines of the Dolomites.

Marsala Superiore Riserva Storica 1988 - The flagship wine from 3rd generation estate, with nearly 150 years of winemaking history, famed for dedication to high quality Marsala. This fortified wine is aged in small Slavonian casks (or pipes) for at least 22 years. The beautiful labels were designed by renowned architect Ernesto Basile from Sicily's capital, Palermo, who is still known today as the father of Sicilian Art Nouveau. An exceptionally elegant wine, perfect for the end of the meal as an after dinner digestif, or with aged cheese or a rich dessert like Sicilian cannoli.
