This list of wines are highly recommended as pairing choices for the MIDDLE EASTERN menu at the Discover Everton dining experience.

NB: Rich whites are a great choice to pair with the spice driven flavours of Middle Eastern dishes, but if you are looking for a red try something light to medium in style to not overpower the flavours. The sparkling shown below is made 'metodo classico' aka Champagne style, so a perfect start to a fantastic evening. And if you're feeling adventurous try the limited-production 'extended skin contact' white called Sant Andrea f(rom the slopes of Mount Etna) or go bold and taste a fully 'orange' skin contact made in Friuli (the home of Italian orange wine).
