Discover Concepts - Caribbean with Somm (short list)

This list of wines are highly recommended as pairing choices for the CARIBBEAN menu at the Discover Concepts dining experience. These wines will pair well with rich, spicy, tropical flavours.

The stories behind the wines (from the vineyard to the cellar) can be shared by our sommelier. A minimum of 6 bottles to be purchased, in order to book the somm for the event.

NB: This is the SHORT LIST if choosing a simple list - a sparkling, a white and a red. For the FULL LIST please click here. We recommend a bottle per 6 guests, so for 12 guests minimum 2 of each wine.
