TERMS & CONDITIONS

In Singapore it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone less than 18 years of age. By placing an order with us for such goods, the customer confirms that he or she is at least 18 years old.

If buying any alcoholic product as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age. The delivery person will request some form of ID if there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID the courier WILL NOT leave the purchased alcoholic goods.

DELIVERY

Once Upon A Vine Pte Ltd uses temperature-controlled transportation to ensure your wine remains in a stable condition throughout the delivery process. Third-party delivery companies may be in use for some order fulfilment.

We aim to deliver your wine 1-3 days from the date we receive your order. Delivery is made once full payment has been received. Delivery dates and times are given in good faith. In the event that your wine is returned to us because we are unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete delivery instructions, or because the recipient is unavailable as arranged, we will attempt to re-deliver your wine at no extra charge for a limited time, but we shall be entitled to recover costs incurred if necessary.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Unless indicated otherwise, prices are in Singapore Dollars.

We reserve the right to alter prices and goods, delivery, duty and taxes. These will be charged at the prevailing rates at the date of dispatch.

Payment is due before your order can be fulfilled, except for approved trade accounts. Any bank charges raised by the paying bank are payable by the customer.
