50% Chardonnay and 50% Malvasia, handpicked. Vines located at an average altitude of 250 m above sea level, in the Karst of Trieste on red earth and rock limestone. With a plant density of 5,500 plants per hectare, a yield of 1 kg per plant and a single Guyot training system, from 15 years symbol of the autochthonous research of the cellar.
White vinification, fermentation and aging in French oak barriques with stabilization in steel. Sparkling Classic method, stay on the lees first disgorgement minimum 1 year. Zero dosage.
The color is straw yellow with slight auburn reflections . Istrian Malvasia and Chardonnay that meet in the glass, tradition and innovation in the same sip. Enveloping and elegant, with a subtle and refined perlage; vivacity is expressed by an intoxicating marine freshness and minerality. Her unmistakability is given by Malvasia which it amazes with pleasantly almond notes on the finish.
