Wine Tasting - Intro to Italy

These 6 wines make a great introduction to the wines of Italy.

Compare 2 dry sparkling wines; one made using the 'tank method' (PROSECCO, 100% Glera) versus a 'bottle method' aka Champagne-style sparkling wine ('MORE Brut, 100% Pinot Nero).

Next, compare 2 dry white wines; one from the north (RECIT, 100% Arneis) and one from the south (KIMIA, 100% Fiano).

Finally, compare 2 dry red wines; once from the north (VELUT LUNA, 100% Nebbiolo) and one from the south (ALCHYMIA, 100% Primitivo).

For a group of 10 or less guests, one bottle per wine is sufficient for a 'tasting pour' but you may prefer to order additional bottles.
