Fresh, fruity nose, savoury character; a very accessible Nebbiolo from prestigious Barolo winemaker* - in fact, this wine is made from grapes declassified from their Bricco Boschis Barolo.
*Cavallotto is one of the most respected 'traditional' Barolo producers, noted for "turning out the purest expressions of Nebbiolo since 1948" according to Kerin O'Keefe (Piemonte wine expert and author of “Barolo & Barbaresco”).

Excellent structure with aromas typical of the Bricco Boschis: Red fruits and flowers, with spices, all open and intense. Excellent aging potential.
