RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our priority at Once Upon A Vine Pte Ltd. We want you to enjoy your wine! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will do our best to find a solution.
If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, email us at email@example.com or call us on 8322 5042.
If your return request is approved, you may request a replacement (in most cases we would ask you try a second bottle of the same wine, as it may be a problem with just one bottle), or you may request a refund or credit to your Once Upon A Vine account for the value of the purchase price.
Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
A refund could be accorded in case of wrong delivery or breakage of wines in the process of delivering to you. In such cases, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for keeping the wine in a safe and proper manner and taking reasonable care of the wine until it can be returned to Once Upon A Vine.
A refund could also be issued in the case of a faulty wine but the wine itself will need to be returned and inspected. NB: A corked wine is a rare occurrence (estimated to affect less than 1% of wine production). The term does not refer to cork floating in the wine itself, but rather a wine that has become contaminated with cork taint resulting in an undesirable smell or taste. Screw caps and synthetic corks are not immune to potential problems, as these modern devices can cause sulphidisation. Thankfully, both issues are uncommon.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same wine or another wine of the same value, please send us an email at email@example.com.
The Once Upon A Vine returns & refunds policy is offered in good faith. We ask that it would only be used if you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
